I really love the vast amount of healthy options they have that are not processed and are delicious, it’s very easy to prepare and saves money rather than eating out. I also appreciate the changes of the menu and food they put out each week. Everyone that’s helped us here has been so kind and helpful.

I absolutely LOVE using Long Life Meal Preps delivery service for my bulk prepped meats, potatoes, and veggies for the week - without having to do any of the cooking, or even seasoning, myself! Their deserts are also top tier and full of protein to help you reach your goals with even more ease. Aside from their delicious food, ease of delivery, and affordable prices for all that you receive - their customer service goes above and beyond. Recently UPS had issues getting my package delivered and scanned so that I never received it, but Long Life was quick to call UPS and try to locate it, and even offered to re-create and re-send my order! The short amount of time it took them to respond to all my emails and questions also showed their high attention and detail to their service and customer satisfaction! I couldn’t more highly recommend Long Life Meal prep to anyone looking to simplify their health & fitness journey.

I stopped by to ask a few questions about their bulk food and the lady at the front desk answered all of my questions and even brought the portions out for me to see. I ended up buying bulk rice, chicken and broccoli and had my first meal today, it was absolutely delicious. And I even got a free dessert with joining their rewards program, delicious chocolate protein donuts!😋

Long Life Meal Prep has clean, great tasting food, raw juices and a nice variety of menu options. There meals are now available for pick up at Your Core Store located inside of Carolina core wellness, in High Point.

Most excellent service! The portions are great, the food is phenomenal, the prices are fair, local pickup is convenient, ingredients are quality, menu rotates well! Nothing at all bad to say here! I’ve been eating the keto meals and they are so tasty and nice to have on hand. I’ve froze them and ate fresh and they taste fresh and great either way! Put my buddy onto them and he really likes them too! Great meals
